A PharmD isn't one career path. It's a foundation you can build on.

Pharmacy school prepares you with far more than medication knowledge. It develops your ability to solve complex problems, communicate complicated information, navigate healthcare, lead teams, evaluate evidence, manage risk, and make decisions.

The problem is that many pharmacists are only introduced to a small number of ways to use those skills.

Higherful exists to change that by helping pharmacists see more possibilities, understand how their experience translates, and identify practical ways to move forward.

We're Husband and wife Pharmacists Nima Ataei & Amanda Ataei. Our own careers have shown us that the value of a PharmD extends far beyond any single job title.

We've seen pharmacy experience translate into leadership, entrepreneurship, healthcare innovation, digital health, education, business, and opportunities we weren't necessarily taught to look for when we started our own careers.

We also saw how many talented pharmacists felt limited simply because they didn't know what else existed or how valuable their existing experience could be somewhere new.
